We accept immediate purchases of ready and available items , with a delivery time of 7 to 9 business days , not including transportation time;
We accept immediate purchases of made-to-orderitems , with a production period of up to 22 business days or longer , depending on the complexity, not including transportation time;
The customer can request information about the status of their order through our available contacts , indicating their name, order number and date;
If any unforeseen event arises that prevents delivery within the stipulated timeframe, the brand will contact the customer immediately;
The customer may choose to cancel the order , being entitled to a full refund within 7 to 9 business days ;
In case of delay in the order, you can choose to wait for it, and a 10% discount voucher will be issued for the next purchase , as a thank you for waiting;
All orders sent by the brand will be subject to tracking to ensure service quality and control of the delivery date.

What is the warranty period for our products?
Our products have a 2-year warranty, based exclusively on manufacturing defects that prevent normal use. Any other problem caused by misuse of the part within the first 2 years of the warranty is not our responsibility and is not covered by the warranty.
