Clean with a dry cloth or one slightly dampened with mild soap, without rubbing or excessive wetting. Do not machine wash or use a dryer. Allow to air dry in a ventilated place away from direct sunlight.

Avoid humid environments to prevent mold growth. If stains or mold appear, apply diluted vinegar and let it dry thoroughly. Moisturize your skin with a special cream and clean metal parts with a dry cloth.

Store in a cool, dry place without applying pressure. It is advisable not to overload the bags to avoid damaging the shoulder straps. In these cases, use the hand straps.

Made in Portugal, currently in the Ribatejo region, Junco Basket Bags combine Portuguese craftsmanship with art, with Designer and Creative Director Carla Dolores.

In the manufacture of our Basket Bags, we use a wide variety of materials: silk , organza , linen , cotton, among other organic materials. And of course, Junco .

Our goal is to increasingly become a sustainable, quality brand, directly from Portugal, for the world.

We promise to be brief.

For parts in immediate stock, delivery times vary from 7 to 9 business days, not including transportation days.
For custom-made parts, delivery times are at least 22 business days, not including transportation days.

We accept immediate purchases of ready and available items , with a delivery time of 7 to 9 business days , not including transportation time;
We accept immediate purchases of made-to-order items , with a production period of up to 22 business days or longer , depending on the complexity, not including transportation time;
The customer can request information about the status of their order through our available contacts , indicating their name, order number and date;
If any unforeseen event arises that prevents delivery within the stipulated timeframe, the brand will contact the customer immediately;
The customer may choose to cancel the order , being entitled to a full refund within 7 to 9 business days ;
In case of delay in the order, you can choose to wait for it, and a 10% discount voucher will be issued for the next purchase , as a thank you for waiting;
All orders sent by the brand will be subject to tracking to ensure service quality and control of the delivery date.

We only accept returns or exchanges of items within the European Union (returns or exchanges for countries outside of it are not accepted);
Returns of items will only be accepted up to 14 days after the date of delivery;
Only returns of undamaged items with original packaging and label will be accepted;
Return fees and shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by the brand;
The customer must inform the brand of their intention to proceed with the return through our available contacts, providing their name, as well as the order number and date;

Our products have a 2-year warranty, based exclusively on manufacturing defects that prevent normal use.
Any other problem caused by misuse of the part within the first 2 years of the warranty is not our responsibility and is not covered by the warranty.
